What the service is
Software that generates interview practice questions from a job description you provide, records or accepts your answers, and returns written coaching feedback. It is a practice tool.
What is not promised
- No hiring outcome is guaranteed or implied — not an interview, not an offer, not a salary.
- No assessment of your employability. Feedback is coaching, not measurement, and it is not a prediction.
- No accuracy guarantee. The feedback is generated by a language model and can be wrong. Use your judgement.
- No uptime guarantee.
Acceptable use
- Practice only. You may not use this during a live interview, or attempt to.
- Do not upload documents that are not yours or that you do not have the right to share.
- Do not attempt to extract the prompts, resell the output as a service, or automate the product at abusive volume.
- One account per person.
Honesty about your own experience
The product will not invent experience for you, and where a stronger answer needs a fact you did not supply you will see a blank placeholder. What you choose to say in a real interview is entirely your responsibility. Do not use a suggested phrasing to describe something you did not do.
Plans, limits and renewal
- The free tier is one complete session.
- The Interview Pass is a single payment giving seven days and up to five sessions. It does not renew.
- Pro is a monthly subscription with a limit of twenty sessions per month, cancellable by you at any time from your account without contacting support.
- Limits are enforced on our servers. We do not describe any plan as unlimited.
Refunds
Within seven days of purchase, for any reason, by email. Refunds are processed within five business days. After seven days we will still read the email.
Your data
Covered by the Privacy Policy. You can delete sessions and your account at any time.
Changes and termination
These terms may change; the version in force is the one published when you pay. We may suspend an account for breach of acceptable use. You may close your account at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months. [Your lawyer should review this clause for your jurisdiction.]
