Something is broken
Email support@straightwithme.com and include: which page, which browser, and what you were doing. If a practice session failed, say which question number. Do not send your resume or your transcript — we can usually reproduce it without them, and we would rather not have a copy.
Billing
Refunds within seven days, no argument required. Cancelling the monthly plan is done from your own account page in two clicks. If either of those is not working, that is a bug — email and it gets fixed the same day.
You want your role added
We launched with three because claiming depth in forty would be dishonest. Tell us which role you are interviewing for and it goes on the list. Volume decides the order.
